The Unicorn Found Her Brokerage 🦄

Big news: I’ve officially joined Compass Winter Park.

After five years in real estate and years of running EDesigns & Co., this move feels like the perfect way to bring everything I do together.

Because I’ve never really been just one thing.

I’m a real estate advisor.
I’m an interior designer.
I work with renovations, new construction, custom homes and relocations.

And now I get to combine all of that with the power, technology, marketing and national network of Compass.

Basically, the unicorn found her brokerage.

Why This Matters for My Clients

When you work with me, I’m not only looking at a home as a real estate agent.

I’m looking at it as a designer too.

That means I’m thinking about:

  • whether the layout can actually work for your lifestyle

  • what renovations would make the biggest impact

  • which builder upgrades are worth the money

  • how furniture will fit

  • what can be changed easily

  • what could hurt resale value

  • how to make a property photograph and show better

  • and, most importantly, the potential you may not see right away

A dated kitchen doesn’t automatically scare me.

An awkward living room doesn’t automatically mean the house is wrong.

Sometimes the best home is the one with the right bones, location and opportunity.

And Then There’s Compass

Joining Compass gives me access to a powerhouse of tools and resources behind the scenes.

Sophisticated marketing.

Technology that helps streamline the real estate process.

A collaborative network of agents.

National exposure.

Strong branding.

Operational support.

And resources that allow me to spend more time doing what matters most: advising my clients and helping them make smart decisions.

For my sellers, that means pairing Compass marketing with my design eye to help a home show at its absolute best.

For buyers, it means looking beyond the listing photos and understanding what a home could become.

For new-construction and custom-home clients, it means having someone who can think about both the property purchase and the design decisions that follow.

From Boca Raton to Orlando

Before moving to Lake Nona, I lived in Boca Raton, so I also understand what it feels like to relocate and try to figure out a completely new city.

And Orlando is definitely not one-size-fits-all.

Lake Nona feels completely different from Winter Park.

Winter Park feels different from Maitland.

Then there’s Baldwin Park, College Park, Dr. Phillips, Windermere and all of the smaller pockets in between.

I love helping clients figure out not just which house they want, but where they actually want to live.

Where are the cute restaurants?

Where is new construction happening?

What areas make sense for someone relocating for work?

Where can you build a custom home?

Which neighborhood feels the most like you?

Those are the conversations I love.

Real Estate + Interior Design Just Makes Sense

This next chapter is really about bringing my worlds closer together.

If you’re buying, I can help you see the possibilities.

If you’re selling, I can help you understand what changes will actually make a difference.

If you’re building, I can help you think through the home beyond the floor plan.

And if you’re relocating to Orlando, I can help you navigate the neighborhoods through both a real estate and lifestyle lens.

Real estate + interior design + Compass.

It’s a pretty powerful combination.

So whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, building or relocating anywhere in Lake Nona, Winter Park or Greater Orlando, send me the listing, the floor plan, the Pinterest board or the big idea.

Let’s figure out what home looks like for you.
